  Slow to have my order taken, people who were sat after me had orders take before me. Food was quick to arrive and is typical for Big Stop. Was not offered a refill or how the meal was. Took another 10 minutes after I finished to receive my bill.

  Would've given 0 stars if I could. Brought my family in for lunch after a long flight only to sit in a booth for 30 minutes waiting to be served while watching several family's enter the restaurant and be served while we waited. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the employees didn't seem to care... So we simply left the restaurant. Horrible service and I recommend that you stay away from this place. Save your time and go to Tim Horton's

  Big stops are always great... hot meal if you want it and the store has everything your looking for for traveling on the highway
